Since 2003, I have guided over 2000 women on their journey to motherhood and beyond with prenatal yoga, mommy and me yoga, childbirth education workshops, baby massage classes, and more. My greatest joy as a birth professional is to witness the transformation my students go through as they take ownership of their wellness, build their ideal support team, and gain greater confidence in their abilities as new parents.
