Now that your little ones are a little (or a lot) bigger, join us in our Viniyoga classes. Never birthed a baby? Neither have I. After exploring many schools of yoga, I found Viniyoga to be the most holistic. It is known all over the world for its therapeutic value and is for those of us who prefer a slower, meditative, yet challenging practice that creates a deep connection between mindful breathing and intentional movement to bring balance to the body and mind.
