The first few days after baby's birth are all about acquainting yourself with your new bundle of love. Ideally, you are spending as much time in bed as possible for the first 2-3 weeks. After that, your body and mind will fell better if you gently transition back to exercise. The MUTU program can help you do that safely from the comfort of your home.
